About the role
This is a broad and dynamic role where you will hold a key position within the team and truly make an impact across the organization. The role is based in our Legal & Compliance department, and you will report to the Director Legal and Compliance Northern Europe. The department consists of 14 employees, including 7 lawyers.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Manage corporate matters in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, and coordinate corporate matters across other Northern Europe countries.
Support the boards of the Group’s companies on corporate and corporate governance matters.
Coordinate guarantees, securities, insurance matters, and other legal administrative processes within the region.
Oversee the internal corporate information management system and document management routines.
Provide day-to-day legal, administrative, and executive support, including coordination with external advisors and planning of key meetings and events.
The position is based in Stockholm and will require some travel, mainly within the Nordics.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with similar tasks at a law firm, a company, or another relevant organization such as a bank or insurance company. You are used to handling qualified legal administration and feel confident working with document management. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English (our main working language is English). It is also a plus if you speak Norwegian.

You bring a positive mindset and a clear can‑do-it attitude. You take ownership of your tasks and work in a structured and reliable way.
