Danish-speaking Spare Part Administrator at KONE
Do you want to work in an administrative role within an international organization at the forefront of smart building and mobility solutions?
KONE is now looking for a Danish-speaking Spare Part Administrator to join the Nordic Material Help Desk team within Repairs. In this role, you will have frequent contact with both technicians and internal functions, becoming an important part of the purchasing and ordering processes.

The Role: Spare Part Administrator
As a Spare Part Administrator, you will work closely with technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure that all purchasing documentation is handled correctly and in accordance with KONE’s processes. This is an administrative role that requires experience working in SAP and in an environment where quality and accuracy are essential.
Your responsibilities include:
Creating and updating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP
Ensuring purchases comply with global procurement policies
Verifying that prices in Purchase Orders (PO) match invoices
Quality-checking incoming orders and updating information as needed
Maintaining ongoing dialogue with technicians and colleagues in the region
Supporting improvement initiatives related to purchasing and spare parts processes
Your Background, Experience, and Skills
We are looking for someone with experience working in SAP who enjoys an administrative role with many points of contact. You are structured, collaborative, and thrive in a position where precision and pace go hand in hand.
To succeed, we believe you:
Have documented experience with SAP and administrative work in a similar role
Possess strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
Are communicative and comfortable interacting with both technicians and internal functions
Work proactively and take ownership of your processes
Speak Danish fluently and have good command of English
