About the role

As Legal Counsel you will provide legal support and advice to our global organization in several different legal areas. It is a broad and varied role where you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in managing your tasks and planning your work.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements

• Give legal advice related to new digital services

• Company law, entity management/corporate housekeeping and authorization matters

• Carry out risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance, e.g. within anti-money laundering and whistleblowing

• Trademark registrations and other intellectual property law matters

• Consumer protection matters

• Internal trainings where necessary

• Monitoring of new laws, regulations, and practices

You will be part of a team of seven lawyers based in different countries across Europe and report to our General Counsel located in Dortmund. Our office is located in one of the most attractive locations in Malmö - right next to the Central Station.

About you

We are looking for you who has a law degree and several years of experience working in a business law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel, preferably within a B2C‑focused company. You have a broad background in business law and experience in commercial contracts and corporate law. It is meritorious if you also have experience in IP law, consumer protection laws and regulatory compliance. You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are social, outgoing, and a strong team player. You have high integrity and good analytical skills. You enjoy having many contacts with both internal and external stakeholders and you are used to working independently. To be successful in the role, you need to be curious and driven, as well as a pragmatic and business‑minded person who can communicate complex legal matters in a clear and practical way. You can translate legal analysis into actionable guidance and handle situations with confidence and clarity.
