As Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in securing operational excellence across our Nordic logistics landscape. Together with us, you will ensure that warehouse operations, transportation flows, and inventory management across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland run smoothly and support our business ambitions.
Most of your time will be spent managing the daytoday and strategic performance of our Nordic warehouses, building strong partnerships with thirdparty suppliers, and ensuring seamless distribution to customers and distributors. This work is complemented by leading seasonal overflow operations, ensuring SAP stock accuracy, and supporting the transition to a new Swedish warehouse later this year.
You work closely with Planning, Customer Excellence, Quality, Master Data, IT, and our warehouse partners to maintain service continuity, protect stock accuracy, and reduce operational risk, while keeping engagement high across suppliers and internal teams.
What you’ll do
You will own the Nordic logistics setup, ensuring that operational performance, warehouse execution, and distribution flows are aligned with business needs across all markets. Together with us, you will drive continuous improvement, track KPIs, and maintain strong, transparent communication with all logistics partners.
You will secure operational readiness across functions and markets, turn logistics insights into real business value, and manage early escalations when risks or stock discrepancies appear, acting quickly to protect service levels and inventory accuracy.
We will rely on you to lead the full endtoend overflow warehouse setup during high season, oversee annual stock counts (including inperson visits during Q4), and ensure our SAP system reflects accurate and reliable data. You will also colead the implementation of a new warehouse in Sweden, enabling a smooth and disruptionfree transition.
What you’ll need
You are a structured and proactive logistics professional who thrives in dynamic operational environments. You are also highly organised and quick to learn, demonstrating confidence in taking ownership and making well‑grounded decisions. You bring strong leadership capabilities and communicate with clarity and openness, while remaining receptive to feedback and collaborating effectively across stakeholders. You work independently, take initiative, and drive your responsibilities forward. To succeed in this role, resilience and the ability to stay focused and solutionoriented in a fastpaced operational setting are essential.
3-5 year’s experience in logistics or supply chain (e.g., warehouse management, inventory management, transportation, planning)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English
Experience with SAP is preferred.
