Drive digital transformation across the Nordics as a Sales Executive. Lead a key account, build strong C‑level partnerships, and shape innovative solutions with a fast‑growing market leader.
Are you motivated by building strong customer relationships, driving complex sales cycles and shaping the digital future of leading industrial companies? Our client, a market‑leading company within CAD/PLM/SLM/IIoT, is now looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen their Nordic organization and take ownership of one of their largest strategic accounts.

About the role
As Sales Executive, you will manage a major Nordic key account while also driving new business opportunities. You will work closely with C‑level stakeholders, purchasing, service/aftermarket functions and technical teams within a large and complex organization.
Your focus will be to understand customer needs, translate them into relevant digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative Nordic sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute long‑term strategic account plans
Build trust across multiple customer functions – C‑level, purchasing, service/aftermarket and technical stakeholders
Drive profitable growth within the existing account and secure new business opportunities
Navigate large, international and complex customer structures
Position relevant solutions across the full digital transformation portfolio
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, business development and inside‑sales teams
Represent the company at customer sites in the Nordics and Europe, including regular travel as part of the role
Who we’re looking for
You are a commercially driven, professional and relationship‑oriented sales profile who enjoys working both strategically and hands‑on. You thrive in environments where you need to take initiative, handle complexity and work closely with demanding enterprise customers.
We believe you have:
A relevant academic degree
Proven experience from selling software, services, consultancy or digitalization solutions
Experience from CAE, CAD, PLM, ERP, CRM, or similar IT/industrial software domains
Strong business acumen and a structured approach to value‑based selling
The ability to advise customers and guide decision‑making
Experience working with large, complex organizations and C‑level stakeholders
A dynamic, proactive and progressive mindset – comfortable working both high‑level and hands‑on
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
Experience with PTC solutions is beneficial but not required.
