Trelleborg AB is looking for a Tax Director to join the Taxes & Group Structure Team. The role will serve as an opportunity to be a part of the development of the organization as well as yourself in an international environment and global team.

About the role

The role as Tax Director is a broad and truly global role within the corporate tax area. The main tasks will be to manage the corporate tax processes within the Trelleborg Group related to transfer pricing, Pillar 2 and tax reporting, including a continuous evaluation of the software used for corporate tax processes within the Group.

The position will manage and cooperate with Business Areas and Business Units in all aspects related to transfer pricing. The person will have an advisory role in general Swedish and International tax matters towards different stakeholders in the Group and be involved in tax audits around the globe. The position is located at the Group headquarters in Trelleborg and you will report to Vice President Taxes & Group Structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer pricing processes and act as an expert within the Trelleborg Group.

• Lead the Pillar 2 and quarterly tax reporting processes and act as an expert within the Trelleborg Group.

• Evaluate corporate tax process software.

• Prepare analysis to stakeholders in your area of responsibilities.

• Support Business Areas, Business Units as well as finance departments at legal entity level in general corporate tax matters and audits.

• Manage the yearly group contribution and interest restriction calculations for the Swedish Tax group.

• Act as the corporate tax expert towards stakeholders in internal restructuring projects.

• Support in ad-hoc projects within the Group.

• Manage the relationship with auditors/tax advisors within the relevant areas.

What we are looking for

You hold a university degree in Tax, Accounting, or Business Administration, preferably at master’s level or equivalent. You bring around 10 years of relevant professional experience within corporate tax and/or transfer pricing, with a strong background in international tax matters. Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
