We are looking for a Global Distribution Coordinator to join a global organization within the life sciences industry. The Role as Global Distribution Coordinator
As Global Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer order management, distribution coordination, and supply chain administration. You will act as a key operational contact between customers, logistics service providers, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process.
The role combines customer service, logistics coordination, compliance activities, reporting, and process improvement, making it ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic and international environment.
Examples of Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery.
Coordinate shipments, transportation bookings, and delivery follow-up.
Handle invoicing, credits, returns, and customer-related administration.
Support customer onboarding, qualification, and master data maintenance.
Act as a key contact for customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor supply chain activities, backorders, and service performance.
Perform month-end sales and inventory reconciliations.
Your Background, Experience and Competencies
We are looking for a structured and service-oriented professional with experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role. You have strong coordination skills, communicate fluently in English, and enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders in an international environment. Swedish language skills are a plus.
Experience from a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences, is considered an advantage, as is experience with ERP systems and other business-critical IT tools.
As a person, you are proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented. You have a strong customer focus, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
What You Will Be Offered
This is a 12-month consultant assignment with placement at our client’s organization, starting in August. You will join an international and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work across customer service, logistics, supply chain, and compliance functions.
